Weather they are found on the shelves of the supermarket or they are made from your kitchen, these drinks can either act  as a meal replacement or  as refreshing workout drinks,   they are naturally packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidant, polyphenols and a whole lot more. They also provide the fewest calories, they are super clean and they aid in achieving a weight loss goal.
                 1.       Water
